By accessing and using PicklePoint, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on PicklePoint for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on PicklePoint are provided on an 'as is' basis. PicklePoint makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall PicklePoint or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on PicklePoint, even if PicklePoint or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on PicklePoint could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. PicklePoint does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current. PicklePoint may make changes to the materials contained on the platform at any time without notice.

6. Materials and Content

Unless otherwise stated, PicklePoint and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on PicklePoint. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this for personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

7. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Keep your password confidential
Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
Not use another's account without permission

8. Tournament Participation

When using PicklePoint to participate in or run tournaments:

You agree to comply with all tournament rules and regulations
You accept the results as recorded in the system
Tournament directors have final authority over disputes
You grant PicklePoint the right to use scores and results data

9. Payments and Fees

Tournament registration fees and service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. If you dispute a charge, you must contact us within 30 days. By providing payment information, you authorize PicklePoint to charge the specified amount.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Post false or misleading information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Engage in any form of cheating or fraud
Spam or send unsolicited communications

11. Suspension and Termination

PicklePoint may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.

13. Modifications to Terms

PicklePoint may revise these terms of service for the platform at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

14. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and PicklePoint regarding the use of the platform, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements.
